Product delivery time
We will ship your order within 2 to 5 business days after order confirmation.

Please note that we will ship on the next business day on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, during the GW period, Obon holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays.

Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges
Cancellation of Orders
Please note that cancellations cannot be accepted if shipping procedures have already been completed.
After your order has been shipped, you cannot use the forwarding service to change the shipping address with the shipping company.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason except for defective products (damage or defects during shipping) or incorrect shipments (wrong item).
In the event of a defective or incorrectly shipped product, we will promptly return or exchange the product.
Please contact us using the contact form on our website within 7 days of receiving the product.
After confirming the details of the return or exchange, please send the item(s) back to us freight collect.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of used products, products purchased outside of our site, or products after the above date has passed.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
- Merchandise that has been in the shop for more than 8 days
- Merchandise that has been used once by the customer
- Merchandise that has been damaged or soiled by the customer
- Products that have been processed or repaired by the customer
- Merchandise with damaged, defaced, or missing accessories such as boxes, tags, and instruction manuals
All products handled in our store have passed the quality standards of the manufacturer and the inspection standards of the authorized distributor in Japan.
We understand that minor scratches, grazes, dents, and distortions that occur unavoidably during manufacturing are also considered good quality items.

- Wrapping specifications vary slightly depending on the size of the product.
- Prices are not indicated on the price tag or delivery note for all products.
- We do not provide gift message cards or ribbons.
- If you would like to purchase a paid shopping bag, please select the size and press ADD SHOPPING BAG.
- Shopping bags only cannot be purchased.

Repair and Aftercare
For repair
Please bring your item to the store where you purchased it or ship it to us. Depending on the condition of the product and the details of your request, we may not be able to accept your request. If you wish to have your order repaired by delivery, please contact us from the contact page.
Repair eligibility
Only customers who purchased on our e-commerce site are eligible for repair.
If you purchased the product at a store, please contact the store where you purchased the product.
Flow of repair
Please enter the condition of the product using the contact form. We will contact you with an estimate of the repair details, time frame, and cost. Please ship the repaired product after contacting us.
Points to note when shipping
- Repairs can be performed with or without a proof of purchase, but the repair cost may differ.
- The customer is responsible for shipping charges when sending the repaired item.
- We will charge you the return shipping fee and the repair fee by "Cash on Delivery" when you return the repaired item to us.
- Please refrain from sending repaired items by regular mail or other delivery methods that do not leave a copy of the invoice number in order to prevent problems.
- Compensation will not be applied in case of delivery problems.

The repair cost varies depending on the material, design, and repair details. We will contact you by e-mail with an estimate of repair availability after we confirm the condition of the item.
